These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and hacked-in ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Hackedin website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

To use certain features of our service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms.

By using our services, you agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or systems
• Engage in any automated use of the system
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or track the personal information of others

Our services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by hacked-in, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our service allows you to connect your profiles from third-party bug bounty platforms such as HackerOne, Bugcrowd, Intigriti, and YesWeHack. By connecting these accounts, you authorize us to access and display information from these platforms on your profile. You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our services or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

In no event will we, our affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through our services. By providing any content on our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco, California.
